Job summary

Mac Papers + Packaging seeks a Demand Generation Manager to plan, build, and execute demand programs for the Mac Insider segment, owning top and middle of the funnel from lead creation to qualified opportunities. You will design campaigns, offers, and messaging, manage email cadences in HubSpot, and analyze performance to drive pipeline growth.

The role requires collaboration with Inside Sales, pricing, and operations, with a focus on data-driven optimization and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and lifecycle email cadences.
• Strong analytical skills using CRM/ERP data.
• Ability to manage multiple programs independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design demand generation strategy and roadmaps for the Insider segment, including net-new acquisition and growth/reactivation.
• Create multi-channel campaigns across outbound email, lifecycle marketing, and e-commerce.
• Define target audiences using CRM/ERP data and coordinate segment calendars.
• Develop promotional offers and incentives aligned with profitability requirements.
• Build, launch, and optimize email sequences and cadence in HubSpot.
• Monitor funnel metrics and report on pipeline volume and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, and operations to execute programs.
