Job summary

Mac Papers + Packaging in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to plan and execute programs for the Insider account segment. You will own top and middle funnel activities, from demand creation to lead qualification, delivering qualified opportunities to Inside Sales.

Responsibilities include campaign design across email, lifecycle marketing and e-commerce, offer development, HubSpot sequences, and funnel analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience with conversion-focused programs.
• Experience designing multi-channel campaigns across email, lifecycle, and e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills with CRM/ERP data to drive revenue growth.
• Familiarity with HubSpot automation and reporting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, pricing, and ops.
• English fluency and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own demand generation strategy for Insider segment.
• Design and manage multi-channel campaigns and offers.
• Build email sequences and cadence in HubSpot.
• Analyze funnel performance and report to leadership.
