Job summary

Bullhorn is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Executive to drive UK&I demand-gen events and campaigns, partnering with sales enablement and content teams. The role focuses on turning activity into pipeline within a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, strong project management, and excellent copy skills for newsletters and social updates. A cross-functional, results-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Experience supporting B2B events (in-person and hybrid) including logistics and on-the-day management.
Experience in demand generation, campaigns or field marketing in B2B SaaS/tech.
Strong project management and ability to run multiple activities to deadline.
Copy and content skills for newsletters, updates and social.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver UK&I demand-gen events end-to-end (logistics, timelines, on-the-day execution).
Partner with central Events team on flagship trade shows and large Bullhorn programs.
Track attendance and pipeline goals; feed results back into planning.
Produce customer and sales newsletters and regular updates for SMB, Field and Enterprise teams.
Execute BDR-aligned campaigns with scheduled outreach and follow-up.
Create and repurpose event content (recaps, clips, follow-ups) to extend reach.
