Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate of Demand Generation to own programs and platforms that drive pipeline across ICE's business segments.

You will combine marketing automation expertise with an ABM mindset to build campaigns that deliver qualified demand and ROI. You will report to the Director of Marketing Technology and partner with product marketing and sales, shaping multi-channel campaigns and pipeline attribution.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
• : 5+ years in demand generation, marketing automation, or related B2B marketing discipline.
• : 5+ years hands-on with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred).
• : 5+ years running ABM programs with Demandbase/6sense/Terminus.
• : 5+ years working with Salesforce CRM; CRM and MAP integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs including email marketing, marketing automation, and ABM.
• Build and troubleshoot marketing automation programs based on campaign requirements and customer journey.
• Develop behavior-based marketing programs with sales and marketing partners.
• Manage ABM campaigns with target account selection, personalized messaging, and outreach sequencing.
• Prepare and review email campaigns, nurture programs, and landing pages; act as technical lead on campaign builds.
• Establish and track campaign ROI and spend efficiency; deliver performance updates to leadership.
• Aggregate data from Eloqua, Demandbase, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Tableau for reporting.
• Recommend optimizations based on campaign data and improve channel KPIs.
• Maintain a marketing dashboard for executive leadership.
