Job summary

Icreon is seeking a Growth Marketer in New York, hybrid role, embedded with Sales to drive demand and pipeline across outbound, content, and digital channels. You will own the systematization of campaigns, personalization at scale, and AI-powered automation to convert interest into booked meetings and a growing sales pipeline.

You will collaborate with Sales on target accounts, build research dossiers, and produce campaign assets for high-priority pursuits, while continuously refining messaging

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM, growth or revenue marketing, ideally B2B services/tech
• Hands-on outbound campaigns with measurable pipeline
• Ability to produce content driving commercial outcomes, not just engagement
• Familiarity with modern GTM tooling across enrichment, sequencing, automation, and CRM

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and run campaigns to generate validated pipeline for Sales
• Develop account-based pursuit assets and personalized outreach for named targets
• Create content that drives commercial conversations, not just awareness
• Own the marketing tech stack, CRM hygiene, sequencing tools, automation, and analytics
• Build repeatable, data-driven workflows that surface signal and reduce manual work
