Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a senior associate, demand generation to own ABM-driven campaigns and multi-channel demand generation that deliver measurable ROI. You will integrate marketing automation with ABM to drive pipeline across ICE segments.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Technology, you will partner with product marketing and sales, design campaigns, train teammates, and present pipeline attribution to senior leadership, with high ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in demand generation, marketing automation, or related B2B marketing discipline.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred).
• 5+ years running ABM programs with Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus.
• 5+ years working with Salesforce CRM; CRM-MAP integration experience.
• Demonstrated ability to measure and report on ROI, pipeline contribution, and spend efficiency.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Tableau for campaign reporting.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted features in martech/ABM platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
• Experience marketing to financial services/fintech/enterprise B2B preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, BDR, and product marketing.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs with a focus on email marketing, marketing automation, and ABM across ICE's portfolio.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot marketing automation programs based on campaign requirements and customer journey.
• Develop behavior-based marketing programs with sales and marketing partners.
• Manage ABM campaigns targeting priority accounts in collaboration with sales, including target account selection and personalized messaging.
• Prepare and review email campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, and other digital assets as a technical lead on campaign builds.
• Establish and track ROI and spend efficiency metrics and deliver performance updates to leadership.
• Collect and track marketing performance data across Eloqua, Demandbase, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
