Job summary

Redfin is seeking a Senior Demand and Forecasting Analytics Manager to lead a data science team and drive core analytics for routing customers to agents and forecasting business trajectories.

You will lead and develop four to five data scientists and BI engineers, embed AI into workflows, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to shape the analytics roadmap. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with a focus on scalable, self-serve analytics.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of analytics experience, preferably data science.
• 5+ years leading data science teams.
• Strong statistical and causal reasoning foundation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Budgeting, top-line drivers and profitability awareness.
• Experience leading AI-assisted analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–5 data scientists and BI engineers.
• Partner with senior data scientists and solve complex problems.
• Embed AI into analytics workflows with appropriate guardrails.
• Design and maintain scalable analytics assets in Snowflake and Tableau.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance on cross-functional problems.
• Define analytics strategy for major product investments and roadmap.
