Qualifications

• 9+ years in digital and product analytics.
• 5+ years leading analytics teams.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in A/B and multivariate testing.
• Strong Snowflake experience and SQL proficiency.
• Strong Tableau experience for analytical products.
• Experience applying AI in analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 7-8 analytics professionals across for-sale and rentals; set priorities and raise analytical quality.
• Own experimentation program for activation and optimization; design tests and interpret results.
• Drive measurement and optimization of user-facing product experiences and lifecycle programs.
• Own rentals B2C growth analytics: activation, discovery, lead quality, inventory health.
• Build durable measurement foundations: KPI frameworks, dashboards, and recurring reviews.
• Design scalable assets in Snowflake and provide self-serve Tableau analytics.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance on cross-functional growth problems.
• Set analytical strategy for major product investments; own analytics roadmap.
• Embed AI into team workflows with governance and guardrails.
• Translate business questions into actionable analytical plans and recommendations.
• Hire and coach as the team grows.
