Redfin is seeking a Senior Demand and Forecasting Analytics Manager to lead a data science team and own core analytics processes, including production decisions and KPI definitions. You will work in a senior, hands-on leadership role, shaping methods, improving quality, and driving analytical impact.

The role requires driving scalable analytics in Snowflake and self-serve Tableau, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Finance, and embedding AI with guardrails in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of analytics experience, preferably in a data science role.
• 5+ years leading data science teams.
• Strong statistical and causal reasoning foundation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; influencing senior leaders.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budgeting and profitability focus.
• Experience leading AI-assisted analytics teams; design AI-reviewed workflows.
• Demonstrated use of AI in analytics to improve speed/quality.
• Expert SQL, data modeling, and self-serve BI; Snowflake experience preferred.
• Proven track record building scalable BI used across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four to five data scientists and BI engineers.
• Be an active thought partner to senior data scientists and solve problems.
• Embed AI into analytics workflows with appropriate guardrails.
• Design and maintain scalable analytical assets in Snowflake and Tableau.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance on cross-functional problems and represent analytics.
• Set analytical strategy for major product investments and roadmap.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical plans and actionable recommendations.
