You will own the experimentation program, design tests, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for product and business leaders. This senior, hands-on leadership role requires 9+ years in digital analytics, 5+ years leading teams, strong Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, Python or R, and a proven track

Qualifications

• 9+ years in digital/product analytics with consumer-scale experience.
• 5+ years leading analytics teams and shaping strategy.
• Strong proficiency in A/B/multivariate testing and experimental design.
• Deep Snowflake and SQL expertise with scalable data models.
• Strong Tableau skills and practical AI use in analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 7-8 analytics professionals across for-sale and Rentals.
• Own experimentation program: test design, sizing, guardrails, interpretation.
• Drive measurement/optimization of activation, engagement, retention, conversion.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance on growth problems.
• Shape quarterly analytics roadmap and embed AI with guardrails.
