Job summary

Justworks is seeking a Demand Campaign Manager to own end-to-end execution, orchestration, and optimization of integrated campaigns that generate, capture, and convert new demand and drive pipeline and bookings with Revenue partners.

You will act as the central hub for campaigns, synthesizing strategy into a cohesive multi-channel journey while measuring performance against funnel targets and championing a test-and-learn mindset for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaign management.
• Ability to execute complex workflows with strict GTM standards and SLAs.
• Strong collaboration across multiple teams to drive programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full execution lifecycle of integrated campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-channel marketing efforts (Paid Media, Web, Lifecycle, Field, Brand).
• Develop clear campaign briefs and ensure alignment with PMM, Content, Brand, and Revenue teams.
• Monitor funnel performance (leads, MQLs, IOs) and iterate based on data.
• Enable Sales with content and context to improve conversion of opportunities.
