Job summary

Justworks seeks a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to own end-to-end integrated campaigns, aligning with PMM, Content, Brand, and Revenue teams. You’ll drive pipeline and bookings by coordinating channel owners and ensuring campaigns run on time while measuring performance and optimizing budget allocation.

You will collaborate across Sales and SDR, enable teams with relevant content, and maintain SLAs to maximize opportunities. A data-driven, test-and-learn mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaign management.
• A natural collaborator who influences stakeholders and builds relationships across teams.
• Analytical and resilient mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Autonomous operator who exercises judgment within campaign scope.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns, managing timelines and cross-functional dependencies.
• Develop clear campaign briefs and ensure alignment with PMM, Content, Brand, and Revenue teams.
• Own campaign performance against funnel targets and iterate tactics to hit goals.
• Measure performance, derive insights, and inform future budget allocation and optimization.
• Act as primary operational contact for Sales/ SDR teams and enable them with content and context.
• Participate in team planning and share best practices to evolve playbooks.
