Job summary

Justworks is seeking a Demand Generation Campaign Manager in New York City to own the end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns that generate and convert net new demand. You will orchestrate cross-channel efforts, develop briefs, and align with PMM, Content, Brand, and Revenue teams.

Your role includes measuring performance against funnel targets and applying a test-and-learn mindset to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaign management in B2B.
• Ability to manage complex workflows and meet SLAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with marketing metrics and analytics platforms.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, SDR, and Revenue teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-channel efforts with Paid Media, Web, Lifecycle, Field, and Brand teams.
• Develop clear campaign briefs aligned with GTM strategy.
• Monitor funnel targets (leads, MQLs, IOs) and adjust tactics.
• Measure performance and derive actionable insights for optimization.
• Partner with Sales/ SDR to enable teams and improve lead routing.
