FHI 360 is seeking a Principal ERP professional to lead Deltek Costpoint administration, optimization, and ongoing support. This role blends functional and technical tasks, delivering deep configuration expertise, system administration, and hands‑on support across Costpoint.

You will manage security, help with upgrades and data migrations, and drive process improvements while coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors. Strong SQL skills and ERP leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS with 10+ years IT/ERP systems support experience, including 8+ years administering Deltek Costpoint.
• Deltek certifications preferred.
• Proven experience leading or supporting ERP implementations, go-lives, and stabilization phases.
• Strong understanding of Costpoint front‑end operations and back‑end data schema with SQL proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary Costpoint administrator, managing security, user accounts, and role-based permissions.
• Provide technical support across Costpoint modules (Accounting, Project, Materials) and perform troubleshooting.
• Assist with Costpoint implementations, upgrades, patches, data migrations, go-lives, stabilization, and integrations with other enterprise apps.
• Develop and configure Costpoint components (screens, processes, extensibility units, workflows) to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with Deltek Support for defects, upgrades, and enhancements; create test plans and perform regression testing.
• Monitor batch/process jobs for daily/weekly/monthly closing, ensuring controls meet audit/compliance needs.
• Document configurations and provide training and user support during and after changes.
• Research system capabilities to identify process improvements.
