Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Deltek Costpoint Sr. Manager to lead Costpoint implementations and guide the project team. You will maintain client relationships and provide ERP consulting across ancillary systems and integrations.

With substantial experience in government contracting and regulated industries, you will drive business development, mentor consultants, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex ERP programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or MPAcc preferred.
• 10+ years of combined, relevant accounting & system-focused experience.
• Experience with government contracting, nonprofit, and regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architects and leads ERP implementations of Deltek Costpoint.
• Oversees project phases, engages with clients to achieve objectives.
• Mentors teammates and reviews work for quality.
