Job summary

Bluestreetinc seeks a Principal Consultant specializing in Deltek Costpoint to lead complex ERP implementation and BI projects for GovCon clients. You will apply advanced accounting and finance expertise to design Costpoint environments, ensure compliance, and deliver reporting solutions.

You will guide project delivery, mentor junior staff, maintain client relationships, and drive successful outcomes through strong project management and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance.
• 6+ years ERP implementation experience.
• 3+ years Deltek Costpoint implementation.
• Advanced GAAP and cost accounting knowledge; government contract accounting preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Costpoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects for GovCon clients and ensure quality.
• Perform system reviews, design/configure Costpoint environments, ensure compliance.
• Develop reporting solutions and status updates.
• Mentor junior consultants and coach functional users.
• Deliver outstanding client service and meet project deliverables.
• Travel up to 40% of the time.
