Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Deltek Costpoint Sr. Manager, Industry Specialty Services to lead Costpoint implementations, mentor the project team, and maintain client relationships across ERP consulting, ancillary systems, and integrations.

The role requires deep Costpoint knowledge, ability to drive projects with senior stakeholders, and delivery of complex ERP initiatives in regulated industries. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, required
MBA, MPAcc, preferred
Ten (10) or more years of combined, and relevant, experience in accounting & system-focused knowledge, required
Experience with Government contracting, nonprofit, and other highly regulated industries, preferred
Familiarity with ERP & technology implementation best practices, preferred
CPA, CMA, or PMP, preferred
ERP or technology certifications, preferred

Responsibilities

Architect ERP implementations of Deltek Costpoint.
Uses the BDO framework to assign and/or assume responsibility for projects’ phases and works directly with clients to accomplish objectives.
Oversees various technology integrations leveraging specific system(s) knowledge.
Performs implementation engagement(s), independently and collaboratively.
Interprets corporate & entity-level compliance as it relates to ERP & technology.
Reviews and develops Statements of Work or Proposals to secure new business, including Business Development meetings, developing client relationships.
Mentors, develops, and trains teammates on the use of the current software tools and Industry Specialty Services methodology.
Reviews and evaluates work prepared by teammates.
