Job summary

FHI 360 is seeking an experienced Deltek Costpoint administrator to manage security, user access, and role permissions across Costpoint modules. You will support implementations, upgrades, patches, and data migrations while coordinating with internal IT and external vendors to ensure smooth go-lives and stabilization.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT/ERP support, deep Costpoint module knowledge, strong SQL skills, and proven collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT/ERP support experience including 8+ years administering Deltek Costpoint
• Deltek certifications preferred
• Proven experience leading ERP implementations, go-lives, and stabilization
• Strong knowledge of Costpoint front-end operations and back-end data schema/table relationships
• Working proficiency in SQL for querying and troubleshooting
• Ability to write clear technical design specifications
• Experience managing security and audit/compliance controls in ERP
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Costpoint administrator (security, user accounts, role-based permissions)
• Provide technical support across core Costpoint modules (Accounting, Projects, Materials)
• Support Costpoint implementations, upgrades, patches, data migrations, go-live and stabilization
• Develop and configure custom Costpoint components to meet business requirements
• Coordinate with Deltek Support for defects, upgrades, and testing; create test plans and regression tests
• Monitor batch/process management for daily/weekly/month-end close with audit controls
• Document procedures and configurations; provide training and user support
• Research system capabilities to improve current processes
