Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• MBA or MPAcc preferred.
• Ten+ years of accounting and system-focused experience required.
• Experience with government contracting, nonprofit and regulated industries preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP and technology implementation best practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead ERP implementations of Deltek Costpoint.
• Use the BDO framework to manage project phases and client relationships.
• Oversee technology integrations and multi-system concerns.
• Mentor teammates on ERP tools and Industry Specialty Services methodologies.
• Review statements of work and proposals to win new business.
