Job summary

FHI 360 is seeking a Principal-level ERP professional to lead the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Deltek Costpoint environment. This role bridges functional and technical responsibilities, delivering deep configuration expertise and hands-on system support.

The position requires 10+ years in IT/ERP, 8+ years Costpoint admin, and strong SQL skills, with Deltek certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field with 10+ years IT/ERP experience.
• 8+ years administering Deltek Costpoint and deep module knowledge.
• Deltek certifications preferred and ERP implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Deltek Costpoint administration, security, user accounts, and role-based permissions.
• Provide technical support across Costpoint modules and manage go-lives and upgrades.
• Develop and configure Costpoint components to meet business needs and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors on data migrations, testing, and deployments.
