Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a seasoned Delivery Station Leader in Plymouth, MA to direct safety, quality, and performance across all delivery station operations. You will drive lean improvements, set expectations for Ops Managers, and manage DSP relationships in a 24/7 environment, delivering on business goals while developing talent and sharing best practices across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years' direct management experience in logistics, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering performance and financial results under pressure.
• Experience with performance metrics and lean techniques.
• Experience with full lifecycle staffing (interviews, hiring, performance, promotions, terminations).
• Strong analytical capability; able to dig into data and solve problems.
• Excellent communication skills (local language and English).
• Experience managing third party resources on a regional/national scale.
• Experience managing contingent workforce during peak seasons.
• Willing to work varying hours including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safety, quality, performance, and people development for all delivery station operations.
• Drives vision for the station team and implements lean initiatives to exceed business plans.
• Solves gaps between current performance and goals.
• Sets requirements and expectations for Operations, Area, and Shift Managers; measures performance and accountability.
• Manages delivery to customers 24/7 and relationships with multiple DSPs.
• Presents operational metrics to senior leadership regularly.
• Hires and develops talent; creates a site talent plan and succession strategy.
• Leverages managers to generate ideas and develop improvement plans for the function.
• Fosters engagement and shares best practices across departments and shifts.
• Collaborates with Transport, DSP Management, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT, HR, and Engineering to secure support.
