Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Sr. Station Leader to direct all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for a Delivery Station (DS).

You will lead and coach a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers, drive Lean initiatives, and build leadership bench strength within the DS to meet performance goals. The role requires 7+ years of management in logistics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide a multi-shift operation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 7+ years’ direct management experience in logistics or related field.
• Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for all DS operations.
• Drives vision, quality initiatives, and lean projects to meet business plans.
• Set expectations for Ops/Area/Shift Managers; measure and improve performance.
• Manage 24/7 delivery operations and relationships with DSPs; present metrics to leadership.
• Hire and develop talent; implement a site-wide talent plan and succession strategies.
