Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a strategic and transformational Senior Manager, Delivery Scheduling Strategy & Operations to lead outbound call center delivery scheduling operations and drive innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience.

This role is responsible for developing and executing scheduling strategies that maximize delivery readiness, improve customer engagement, optimize operational performance, and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or advanced business-related degree preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience in customer service, contact center operations, delivery scheduling, workforce management, logistics, or related environments.
• Proven success leading leaders and driving transformational change.
• Experience using data and analytics to drive decisions and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop three direct-report leaders in outbound delivery scheduling operations.
• Develop and execute scheduling strategies to optimize delivery readiness and customer engagement.
• Drive initiatives to improve scheduling conversion rates, productivity, and satisfaction.
• Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Manage complex cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Develop business requirements, timelines, success metrics, and communication plans.
