This senior technical role emphasizes collaboration with Product and Engineering, rigorous testing, and driving onboarding improvements with AI-driven automation to shorten time-to-value.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in API concepts (REST, JSON, auth methods).
• Deep understanding of SaaS product architecture and capabilities.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support technical scoping sessions with internal stakeholders to capture requirements before kickoff.
• Manage complex projects, including client API integrations with precision.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of technical deliverables before launch.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
• Drive onboarding improvements, introduce AI and automation to streamline processes.
• Provide strategic input on product improvements based on client feedback and feasibility.
