Job summary

Axle Health is hiring a Senior Delivery Manager for its Professional Services team in Santa Monica. You will own customer implementations end to end, translating requirements into configuration, testing, and launch.

You will lead multiple simultaneous deployments in a fast-growing SaaS environment, balancing customer needs with product and engineering priorities. You’ll partner with customers to translate workflows, manage timelines, and drive go-live readiness, while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, product management, or technical project management in B2B SaaS implementations or services, with end-to-end ownership of complex builds.
• Single accountable owner of implementations from requirements through go live, without a separate PM.
• Managed multiple implementations in parallel with timelines and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer workflows into configuration and integration requirements.
• Own implementation timeline, milestones, and visibility to stakeholders.
• Configure customer environments to match requirements and manage backlog tradeoffs.
