Job summary

Axle Health Inc. in Santa Monica is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own customer implementations end to end, turning requirements into a configured, tested, launch-ready product. You’ll report to our Head of Professional Services and lead multiple deployments with hands-on platform configuration.

You’ll translate workflows into configuration specs, manage timelines, coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and drive go-live readiness while expanding self-service capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, product management, or technical project management in B2B SaaS implementation or services.
• Has been the single accountable owner of implementations from requirements through go live.
• Managed multiple implementations in parallel with timelines and dependencies.
• Hands-on configuration experience.
• Product thinking with backlog and priority tradeoffs during live implementations.
• Experience at an early or growth-stage startup.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer workflows into configuration and integration requirements.
• Own the implementation timeline and milestones across concurrent deployments.
• Configure customer environments to match requirements and manage tradeoffs.
• Define integration requirements and sequencing to enable go-live.
• Design and run UAT and validate readiness before go-live.
• Own go/no-go checklists and ensure successful launches.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering for smooth handoffs.
• Identify recurring configuration work to drive self-service enhancements.
