AGE Solutions is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to provide leadership for architecture, engineering, and operations services across DISA's SharePoint and Dynamics CRM environments. The role acts as liaison between contractor staff, DoD stakeholders, and mission partners, ensuring governance, risk management, and technical excellence while delivering within scope, budget, and schedule.

This on-site role requires residing within commutable distance to the National Capital Region; candidates

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical discipline (e.g., IT, CS, Systems Engineering).
• US Citizenship is required and a current DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform Services and O&M service delivery coordinating architecture, engineering, and operations.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables aligned with the DISA technology roadmap.
• Coordinate reporting deliverables (Availability, Ticket Queue, O&M metrics).
• Oversee SLAs and KPIs ensuring DISA objectives.
• Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, and IPR meetings.
• Enforce governance and cloud best practices for SharePoint and CRM.
• Produce required deliverables and manage change/configuration/QA procedures.
