Job summary

SHR Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an Onsite Program Manager in Arlington, VA to lead the IT support services for the DISA ITS/DMM environment. You will provide day-to-day leadership of the contract team, oversee government deliverables, staffing, schedules, and serve as the primary interface between SHR, Government stakeholders, technical teams, and supporting contractors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software project management.
• Experience in DoD IT environments.
• Experience managing IT support personnel.
• Ability to prepare and present program status, performance, schedule, and management reports.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite Program Manager for ITS/DMM support.
• Manage personnel supporting program management, system engineering/O&M, and Tier II support.
• Coordinate with DISA J6, WHS/FSD, government leadership, technical personnel, and contractor stakeholders.
• Maintain program schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, staffing, and action items.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and project plans.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports and executive briefings.
• Monitor labor utilization, contract funding, burn rates, and performance.
• Lead meetings and document decisions, due-outs, and actions.
• Supervise Tier I-III IT support personnel.
• Coordinate ITS, BearTracks, WebDOX, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, IT staff, cybersecurity teams, and stakeholders.
• Support cybersecurity and compliance activities.
