AGE Solutions is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to supervise end-to-end service delivery for DISA SharePoint and Dynamics CRM environments. You will coordinate architecture, engineering, and operations to meet scope, schedule, and budget while engaging DoD stakeholders and mission partners under rigorous governance.

Responsibilities include leading platform services, managing project milestones, and reporting on availability and O&M metrics.

Formación

• BA/BS in a technical discipline (Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering).
• US citizenship is required with a current DoD Secret clearance.
• PMP certification.
• 10+ years of enterprise IT program management or modernization in DoD/federal environments.
• Experience managing SharePoint or CRM environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Platform Services and O&M service delivery; coordinate between architecture, engineering, and O&M.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables per DISA J6 roadmap.
• Coordinate reporting: System Availability, Ticket Queue, O&M metrics.
• Oversee SLAs, KPIs, and governance to meet DoD objectives.
• Lead weekly technical reviews, risk assessments, and monthly IPR meetings.
• Ensure compliance with DoD-PA, RMF, and ATO processes.
• Maintain documentation and enforce change/configuration/QA requirements.
• Mentor technical teams across SharePoint, CRM, and cloud migration efforts.
