Job summary

Ministry of Justice (HM Courts & Tribunals Service) is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager with a Scrum Master mindset to ensure the delivery of complex, high-risk products and services. You will build and coach self‑organising, high‑performing agile teams, remove obstacles, and manage stakeholder expectations across office-based delivery streams.

You will lead continuous improvement, mentor teams in agile and lean practices, and ensure values, priorities and timings are clearly understood.

Qualifications

• Manage delivery products and services across product life cycle stages.

• Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team
• Coach and mentor both team members and others to apply agile and lean tools and techniques
• Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use
• Work with contracted suppliers and manage stakeholders' expectations
• Actively address internal and external risks, issues and dependencies including where ownership exists outside the team
