Northern Trust is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead high‑performing agile teams and unblock delivery. You will coach the team and Product Owner, facilitate sprint planning, reviews and dependencies, and foster continuous improvement and cross‑functional skills.

Excellence in communication, stakeholder alignment and risk management is essential, with hands‑on familiarity with ALM tools like JIRA, Rally/CA Agile Central or VersionOne.

Qualifications

• Requires college or university degree and proven experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Experience with ALM tools (JIRA, Rally/CA Agile Central, VersionOne) preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master or similar certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create empowered, self-organizing, high-performing teams and serve as servant leader.
• Facilitate planning, release planning and stakeholder communications.
• Coach Product Owner on backlog creation, acceptance criteria and estimates.
• Facilitate sprint execution and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
