Northern Trust is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to build empowered, high-performing engineering teams. You will mentor the team, coach the Product Owner, and promote agile practices to deliver value with quality.

You will facilitate planning, scrum ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives, while removing impediments and guiding the team toward predictable delivery. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree; Agile practical usage in Scrum Master role favored.
• Certified Scrum Professional and/or Certified Scrum Master preferred.
• Experience with ALM tools (JIRA, Rally, VersionOne) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, planning, and sprint execution with stakeholders.
• Mentor Product Owner and team to improve velocity and predictability.
• Identify risks and dependencies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and engineering best practices.
