Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Principal Project Manager (Consultant) to lead large, complex programs across the full software development lifecycle for clients in the United States. You will blend program delivery leadership with strong consulting to shape vision, manage risks, and drive measurable business outcomes.

You will influence senior stakeholders, define governance and roadmaps, and contribute to delivery methodology while developing talent and advancing presales efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years leading enterprise technology delivery programs or digital transformations.
• Experience delivering cloud transformation and modernizing applications.
• Strong SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, release management readiness.
• Expertise in Agile and traditional delivery frameworks and knowing when to use each.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Atlassian products; Smartsheet desired.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, profitability and commercial performance.
• Experience with Fixed Price, T&M, and Managed Services engagements.
• Strong risk, dependency, and governance management.
• Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with focus on outcomes.
• Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs and interconnected workstreams with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Evolve delivery methodologies, planning standards, and supporting tools.
• Translate strategic goals into executable roadmaps and governance.
• Influence C-level stakeholders and steering committees on priorities and investments.
• Develop long-term client engagement strategies leveraging delivery experience.
• Act as a trusted adviser balancing client strategy, delivery feasibility, and commercial obligations.
• Define reporting and governance standards for visibility and actionability.
• Implement RAID management and anticipate budget or resourcing constraints.
• Develop contingency strategies and elevate material risks appropriately.
• Manage program budgets to maximize profitability and maintain transparency.
• Maintain knowledge of Ensono Digital products and connect client needs to experts.
• Lead proposals and presales responses with competitive mitigations.
• Contribute to the Delivery Management competency strategy and continuous improvement.
• Encourage professional development and mentoring across Delivery Management.
