Job summary

66degrees is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead large, complex enterprise programs with an agile delivery approach. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across cloud, data, AI, and application development to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes for enterprise clients.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience as a consultant, strong executive communication, and a deep understanding of cloud technologies. Travel to client sites (<25%) is expected as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading large enterprise projects.
• Experience as a consultant with executive communication.
• Strong software development and cloud technologies knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills translating requirements to outcomes.
• Ability to understand technical designs, risks and challenges.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SAFe, Waterfall; agile project work preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise projects from initiation to completion using agile principles.
• Lead cross-functional teams across cloud, data, analytics, AI, and application development.
• Bridge between customers and technical leadership to gather requirements and define milestones.
• Lead standups, scrum ceremonies, and status meetings for agile delivery.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to keep projects on track.
• Develop domain knowledge to inform project decisions and drive delivery.
• Control scope, finances, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide regular status updates to executives and maintain clear communication.
