Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead complex programs within ProServe. You will orchestrate 50+-person teams of AWS builders, partners, and customers to deliver AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes.

You will drive delivery quality and velocity, shape program direction, and manage risk and interdependencies across multiple workstreams. This role requires ~50% co‑location on site in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• 2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise‑level IT engagements.
• Experience in project management of technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted executive relationships (VP+), delivering strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks, and trade‑offs to inform executive decisions.
• Proactively manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for program outcomes in ambiguous environments.
• Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams, aligning priorities, timelines, and definitions of success.
