Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a senior delivery leader to drive new patient-facing digital platform initiatives. You will own scope, schedule, milestones, risk, and client communication across a cross-functional, multi‑team engagement in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes end-to-end delivery from discovery through go-live and hypercare. You will coordinate across technical, product, research, and security teams, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth UAT, cutover, and handover.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology project or program management experience.
• 3+ years delivering fixed-price, milestone-based engagements.
• Experience leading multi-system integration projects with cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong delivery ownership with scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes.
• Experience with patient-facing digital products in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Experience navigating enterprise architecture, security review, and penetration testing.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, escalation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
• Own scope, schedule, milestones, risks, and status reporting for fixed-scope engagements.
• Coordinate across technical, product, research, security, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Drive decisions and keep work moving with dependencies and approvals.
• Track blockers, access requests, and action items to completion.
• Coordinate enterprise architecture, security review, and testing early in timeline.
• Manage change control and scope protection for low-change-order delivery.
• Coordinate Agile execution with engineering while overseeing UAT, cutover, and handover.
• Support feasibility readout and go/no-go decision after discovery.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the engagement.
