Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Delivery Manager for Healthcare Payer to lead complex transformation programs, including platform implementation, modernization, migrations, and enhancements. You will partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, architects, analysts, development and QA teams, vendors, and client leadership to deliver business and technology outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in IT/CS/Healthcare or related field.
10+ years leading large-scale technology delivery programs, healthcare payer exposure.
Proven experience managing platform implementations, modernization, migrations, or digital transformations.
Strong Agile delivery experience including Scrum, backlog, release planning, and Jira governance.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, QA, conversion, and integration.
Experience managing executive stakeholders, client leadership, vendors, and distributed delivery teams.
Solid understanding of healthcare payer operations, core administration platforms, claims, enrollment, benefits, provider, or related domains.
Proven track record of delivery excellence through risk and dependency management and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare payer transformation initiatives.
Drive Agile execution across multiple workstreams (analysis, configuration, development, testing, conversion, integration, release).
Establish and maintain delivery governance, sprint and release planning, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Manage program risks, issues, and impediments with mitigation plans.
Coordinate with client leadership, vendors, and internal teams for integrated planning and production releases.
