Ladders is seeking a Digital Delivery Manager for a remote role in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. Lead end-to-end digital web delivery across the full SDLC with emphasis on quality, compliance, and secure execution in a regulated environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of web delivery experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Umbraco CMS with a strong background in web content management.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment, ensuring compliance and security.
• Skilled in data analytics platforms such as Google Business Intelligence for informed decision‑making.
• Proven ability to resolve issues rapidly across web applications.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver digital web projects throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Provide expert support in web content management, with a focus on Umbraco CMS and digital quality best practices
• Oversee cloud hosting decisions and website migrations, optimizing performance through caching strategies and CDNs
• Mitigate cybersecurity risks through secure coding practices and robust testing protocols
• Use data analytics to inform technical development and content changes
• Collaborate with technology teams on infrastructure rollouts for seamless web delivery
• Support rapid issue resolution to maintain compliance and timely communications
