Cognizant in Milwaukee seeks a seasoned Delivery Management leader to drive large-scale programs for Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive clients. You will partner with executives, product teams, and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding governance and quality.

This hybrid role requires 12+ years in delivery or program management, strong stakeholder management, and proven ability to manage multi-vector programs across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in a related field.
• 12+ years in Delivery Management, Program Management, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology or business transformation programs.
• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives across distributed teams.
• Expertise in program governance, delivery frameworks, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
• Experience managing project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, budget, and objectives are met.
• Implement and govern delivery management frameworks and governance processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align delivery milestones and priorities.
• Monitor program performance using metrics and translate into improvement initiatives.
• Manage program financials including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Drive governance, communication, and collaboration for distributed delivery teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues with timely escalation.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions for manufacturing and automotive challenges.
• Ensure compliance with policies, security standards, regulatory requirements, and governance controls.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives, reviews, and checkpoints to maintain reliability and performance.
• Mentor delivery managers and teams through coaching and knowledge sharing.
