Job summary

Vertiv, based in Westerville, OH, seeks a Sr. Manager, Delivery Assurance for large programs to lead end-to-end execution across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. You will drive program cadence, align material readiness with factory schedules, and manage risks to meet delivery commitments.

The role requires deep cross-functional leadership, BOM governance, and strong ERP experience. This on-site position offers exposure to high-stakes customer programs and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 10-12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, delivery assurance, program execution, or engineering operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing execution, BOM structures, and engineering change processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion / Oracle EBS preferred).
• Experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery performance for large-scale programs and product lines.
• Engage in structured cadence meetings covering program status, delivery progress, and schedule adherence.
• Communicate delivery risks and mitigation plans to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors, integrators, and installation teams on delivery sequencing and site readiness.
• Oversee daily/weekly production execution, track WIP, and ensure on-time shipment.
• Govern BOM accuracy, manage ECO/CO processes, and align ERP configurations.
