Job summary

Johnson Controls in Milwaukee seeks an Sr. IT Delivery Manager to drive strategic technology initiatives that create business value.

You will partner with business stakeholders, tech teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to objectives. You will lead cross-functional programs, foster collaboration across global teams, and establish best practices for delivery governance, risk management, and continuous improvement to optimize IT service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years delivering complex enterprise IT projects and programs.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional technology teams and managing large-scale initiatives.
• Proven experience managing technology delivery across multiple workstreams and functions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
• Experience with enterprise apps, cloud tech, ERP, HRIS, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, timelines, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT initiatives aligning with business goals.
• Serve as the primary accountability for successful delivery of projects within the portfolio.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, risks, and budgets.
