Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to work with our largest customer relationships and service programs. The role drives enterprise solution development, implementation, and cross-functional leadership across design, implement, and scale phases to deliver customer value in Wisconsin.

You will oversee program scope, risk, and performance metrics, coordinating with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience or a combination of 6 years Project Management and Project Engineering experience with technical product development projects
• 4+ years of phase gate development and integrated master scheduling (IMS) experience
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Governs overall standards across the program teams to achieve results and owns the consulting business for the engagement
• Leads all aspects of program delivery with contributors to scope, costs, and schedules
• Manages customer communications and status reporting, including PM metrics and quarterly business reviews
