Qualifications

• Delivery Lead AVP responsibilities across large-scale technical projects using Agile/Scrum.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers and business teams to optimize delivery and governance.
• Ensure data integrity and transparency in Agile tooling and reporting (e.g., Jira).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and improve Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Mentor junior team members on Agile, Lean, and SAFe principles.
• Coordinate with RTE, Scrum Masters, and ART-level forums to resolve impediments and risks.
• Support PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt readiness and execution.
