Barclays Services LLC in Whippany, NJ, seeks an AVP for Transformation and Design Enablement to scale the Ways of Working (WoW) and align delivery with strategic priorities. You will translate investment strategies into executable roadmaps and strengthen traceability from strategy to benefits, reporting to senior stakeholders.

You will partner with multiple functions to drive enterprise-wide change, establish governance constructs, and embed robust controls across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Setting direction and aligning delivery to Barclays/USCB strategy.
• Guiding multi-faceted cross-functional forums for clarity of accountability.
• Understanding and influencing enterprise-wide change programs for the portfolio.
• Resolving cross-stream conflicts and enabling prioritisation and measurement.
• Designing governance constructs to improve transparency and strategy-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead AVP-Transformation and Design Enablement to translate priorities into executable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with functions to align investments with outcomes and benefits.
• Strengthen traceability from investment strategies to delivery across journeys, platforms, practices.
• Scale the WoW operating model, standardising planning, governance and delivery across tribes.
• Provide guidance and training to embed controls and governance across the portfolio.
