- Comfort with compliant, regulated delivery in large programs.
- Defensible estimation, rate, scope discipline, and profitability focus.
- Strong vendor management and cross-functional partner collaboration.
- Interest in applying AI to delivery optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the program management team and drive delivery across tracks.
- Own the enterprise, cross-track view and inform roadmaps with a strategic lens.
- Advance SAFe practice from Essential to Large Solution or Full for the program.
- Ensure governance, scheduling, resource planning, and budget adherence.
