Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex technology delivery programs across multiple agile teams within regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Planning and Events to deliver value through team-of-teams events.
• Monitor planning execution and support cross-team backlog refinement for strategic alignment.
• Coach cross-team agile principles and practices for Scrum Masters and teams.
• Identify and mitigate cross-team risks and dependencies; remove blockers to maintain momentum.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration with business, product, vendors, and governance bodies.
• Champion agile ways of working and create a safe environment for teams to take appropriate risks.
• Coordinate interlock and dependency management to enable release management across stakeholder groups.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring delivery status and data quality to optimize flow.
• Track and report key metrics to leadership forums for governance and delivery improvement.
