• Experience managing third‑party vendor relationships and service delivery.
• Exposure to financial services industry with risk, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior management.
• Ability to identify risk, controls gaps and drive remediation with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AVP Service Managers responsible for key supplier relationships across payments, fulfillment and operations.
• Act as escalation point between vendors and internal stakeholders (Contact Center, Front Office, Technology, Audit).
• Ensure delivery against objectives and adherence to Barclays Control Framework and governance standards.
• Monitor risks, issues and dependencies; prepare status reports for senior management.
• Provide guidance on change and transformation programs and strengthen control environments.
• Engage with auditors and regulatory bodies to support governance requirements.
