Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Delivery Account Management Team Manager to lead a high-performing consultant team within Professional Services. You will coach, develop, and enable consultants, ensuring alignment with Salesforce methodology and governance.

You will manage performance conversations, build development plans, and drive certification and skills maturation across the team, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project and program management, delivering for external clients in a consulting environment.
• 7+ years managing Salesforce engagements preferred.
• 5+ years supporting the Public Sector in Professional Services.
• 5+ years of People Leadership with 10+ team members.
• Ability to balance business and technical requirements to produce project plans.
• Experience running teams up to 75+ people with budgets and schedules.
• Experience with large-scale transformation engagements with US Federal clients.
• Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Service, Experience) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program team with strong communication, clarity, motivation, and direction.
• Serve as primary customer interface and manage governance per Salesforce methodology.
• Coach consultants; conduct regular 1:1s focused on growth and performance.
• Maintain ~25% billable utilization and monitor team health and retention.
• Identify risks early and take action to support growth and visibility.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and share best practices across the organization.
