Qualifications

• 10+ years in project and program management for external clients in a consulting environment.
• 7+ years managing Salesforce engagements preferred.
• 5+ years of people leadership with teams of 10+.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program team with clear direction, motivation and communication throughout engagements.
• Serve as primary customer interface and manage program governance and delivery gates.
• Coach and develop consultants, ensure skills growth and ongoing performance feedback.
• Maintain ~25% billable utilization to stay connected to delivery work.
• Identify risks early and take action to protect project health and outcomes.
