Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Test & Evaluation Support Manager to provide T&E support for product lines and capability delivery teams at Gunter Maxwell AFB, AL. The role emphasizes leadership in test strategy, DoW-aligned SDLCs, and DEVSECOPS-driven test automation to ensure high-quality software and systems.

Preferred candidates hold a Secret clearance, CS/DoW experience, and applicable certifications, with a history of delivering robust testing across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience, five with DoW.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of experience, five with DoW.
• 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, eight with DoW.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate and manage test strategy, concepts, plans and procedures.
• Provide T&E expertise in DoW frameworks and SDLCs.
• Apply STAT and DoE methods to tests and analyses.
• Support test automation leveraging DevSecOps.
• Review KPI/CTP data and update system/test reports.
• Prepare acquisition documentation for T&E, including audits and certifications.
